Enjoyed the room, it was incredibly comfortable for the towels to be replenished. Good team in service and kindness. Its favourable, central location was a plus.

Well-designed, quiet room and super friendly staff in service and kindness. Reasonably good breakfast with hot items, cooked to order eggs and also omelets, good views.

generally, the place was tasteful and had charming staff in service and kindness. i truly enjoyed the staff, mainly due to their friendliness. the location in downtown miami was great. plus, it was not far from a cruise ship
